About the oenology dinner
Youri Greffe, the head sommelier at the Albert 1er restaurant, enjoys sharing his love for wine.
He extends an invitation for guests to join him in wine and food pairing dinners that he orchestrates.
It's a chance to meet esteemed winegrowers, exploring their expertise while tasting the wines they take pride in. Following the tasting, guests indulge in a gastronomic dinner where a specially curated menu showcases the grape varieties of the featured winemaker, who engages in conversation throughout the delightful meal.

Wine tasting starts at 5.30 PM
Reservation is compulsory for the wine tasting and for dinner
In order to guarantee your reservation, we ask you your credit card numbers and expiration date.
In case of cancellation 48 hours before the oenology dinner, the value of the dinner per person will be charged, unless we can find replacements.
We thank you for your understanding.
The price for the wine tasting followed by the dinner is 145 €uro per person.
