Photography exhibition “Around Mont Blanc” by Yannick Ardouin

From the 7th of May to the 3rd November 2025, in the Albert 1er lounges and at the QuartzBar, Yannick Ardouin, Mountain Guide and author-photographer, invites you on a journey to the heart of the Mont-Blanc massif, a territory that he cherishes both in his role as a guide and as a passionate photographer.
Yannick Ardouin : Moutain guide and photographer
Living in the Beaufortain region, between the Savoyard peaks, he swapped his ice axe for a Leica to capture the ephemeral magic of the mountains.
A fervent lover of the summits, he has been able to reconcile his two passions: climbing and photography. After a stable career in a local authority, Yannick, following his deep desire, chose to leave everything behind to become a Mountain Guide.
After three years of training at ENSA and his diploma in his pocket, he began to combine his passion for climbing with the art of photography. Since 2007, he has shared his adventures through his blog, before settling with his family in Hauteluce, a small village in Savoie, at the gateway to the Beaufortain, where the mountains are omnipresent.
An exhibition to discover at the Albert 1er lounge and the QuartzBar
In this exhibition, "Around Mont Blanc", Yannick introduces us to his universe, with his most beautiful shots of the massif and its emblematic peaks.
Each image is an invitation to live a sensory experience as close as possible to nature. Whether skiing, climbing to 4000 meters or during an isolated bivouac, his camera captures the essence of this environment, where the moment becomes eternity.
"Become what you are" : this is the principle that guided Yannick in his quest for meaning and passion.
A quest that he shares with us through his photographs, a sincere testimony to the raw beauty of the mountains and the humanity that inhabits them.
