On Saturday 12th April 2025 immerse yourself in a unique sensory experience with the wine lunches orchestrated by Youri Greffe, head sommelier of the Michelin-starred restaurant Albert 1er. 

 

After a year's absence, we are very happy to offer two promising oenological events in the spring.


These exclusif moments are an opportunity to discover passionate winemakers and their exceptional vintages.

We offer you the opportunity to meet Mr. Paolo MICHAUT, owner of the Tenuta Fertuna estate  in Tuscany, during a tasting and lunch at the gastronomic restaurant Albert 1er. 


Our Head Sommelier Youri GREFFE, as well as M. MICHAUT will tell you about their passion and their know-how. A day rich in knowledge, gustatory emotions and exchanges.

The estate 
 

The story of Tenuta Fertuna began in 1997, in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma, a region steeped in the heritage of the Etruscans and renowned for its farmland. The name Fertuna, evoking the fertility of the land and the fortune of the men who cultivate it, reflects the harmony between nature and man.
 

The winery extends into a natural amphitheatre where each plot of vines is carefully chosen according to the composition of the soil, making it possible to produce quality grapes, guarantees of a vinification faithful to the local typicity. 

The wines produced are an authentic reflection of their terroir, offering a quality taste experience, nourished by the passion of the producers.

Program of the wine tasting day 
 

Meet at Le Fenil at 10:30 am for a guided wine tasting, a privileged moment of exchange with Paolo Michaut, who will make you discover his vintages and his know-how. The morning will continue with a gourmet lunch at the Michelin-starred restaurant Albert 1er, where each dish prepared by our chef Damien Leveau will be thought out in perfect harmony with the selected wines, for an unforgettable taste experience.

Additional informations

• Registration is required for the tasting and lunch.
• In order to guarantee your reservation, we will ask for your credit card numbers and expiration date.
• In case of cancellation 48 hours before the date of the scheduled wine lunch, the value of the lunch per person cancelled will be charged, unless we manage to find replacements. We thank you for your understanding.
• The price of the tasting followed by lunch is €145 per person (including lunch, wine, water and coffee).
